Ako's theatre credits include: Mufasa in The Lion King, Lyceum Theatre; Straight Arrow in Dr. Dolittle, UK Tour; God and Jesus in The Mystery Plays, Bath Festival; Louisa in Broadway in the Shadows, Luxembourg National Theatre and Arcola, Foxy and Owl in Beatrix Potter's Jemima Puddleduck and Other Stories, Unicorn Theatre; UK tour as Nat King Cole for musical directorMatthew Freeman. Ako portrays Preacherman in Namco's Dead to Rights: Retribution and is the voice of Laing in Conflict: Denied Ops (Eidos/Pivotal Games) and for the Bionicles in Bionicles Legends (Focus Multimedia Limited). Ako features in the current Energy Saving Trust adverts as a film star. Ako is also an award winning film and music producer.
