Katie trained at Guildford School of Acting.
Katie made her professional debut playing the role of Swallow in the original touring cast of Whistle Down the Wind. Following this she played the infamous role of Janet in the 30th Anniversary production of The Rocky Horror Show, both at the Queen's Theatre and touring the UK. Other theatre includes: Sandy in Grease at the Larnaca Open Air Theatre; The Princess in Aladdin at Milton Keynes Theatre and the New Wimbledon Theatre; Belle in the UK Tour of Beauty and the Beast; Nessarose in the original West End cast of Wicked; Ann in Raindogs at the Trafalgar Studios and most recently Princess Aurora in Sleeping Beauty at the Northcott Theatre.
