Natasha Katz
Natasha Katz has designed extensively for the theatre, opera, and dance. Her Broadway credits include: The Little Mermaid, Coast of Utopia/Salvage (Tony Award 2007), A Chorus Line, Tarzan, Spelling Bee, Aida (Tony Award 2000), Sweet Smell of Success, Twelfth Night, Dance of Death, The Capeman, Gypsy, Barrymore, Someone Who'll Watch Over Me, Pack of Lies and Beauty and the Beast. Among her other designs are: Cyrano at the Royal Opera House and the Metropolitan Opera, Die Soldatan at New York City Opera, Don Quixote for American Ballet Theatre, Tryst for the Royal Ballet in London, Carnival of the Animals for New York City Ballet, Continuum at the San Francisco Ballet, Swan Lake at the Edinburgh Festival, concert acts for Shirley MacLaine, Ann-Margret and Tommy Tune and EFX! at the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas.
Permanent installations include the lighting for the audio-visual shows at Niketown NYC and Niketown London, and the Big Bang in the Rose Center for Earth and Space in New York City.
