Nun Run

In aid of Children’s Wish

When the team from Sister Act The Musical launched London’s first ever Nun Run in 2009, few could have imagined what a success it would be and indeed what the sight of a thousand nuns would look like as they pounded the streets of the capital. The run was moved to a larger location for the 2010 event, and in total over £45,000 has been raised so far!

Following on from our previous successes we held another run on 11th September 2011, and lots of you joined the crowd of nuns who pounded the streets of London to raise money for Children’s Wish.

The run passed historic landmarks such as The Tower of London, Tate Modern and St. Pauls before crossing four of London’s iconic bridges.

It was a fantastic day out for all the family, whether you were wanting to beat your best time, or you just wanted to enjoy a stroll through the city. Check out the photos and video footage for a little taster of the day!
