A REALLY USEFUL GROUP THEATRE

The world famous London Palladium was designed by renowned theatre architect Frank Matcham and opened on Boxing Day 1910. The landmark venue became famous as home of British variety theatre and then through the advent of television, as the "Ace Variety Theatre of the World". Over the years the London Palladium has hosted more annual Royal Variety Performances than any other theatre in history firmly cementing its place in the heart of the British public.

From the moment it was built, it has always been the venue to which all performers aspired to play at, and with a long list of popular musical theatre shows being premiered the London Palladium has long been the home of family entertainment. Among the great actors that have played here are Judy Garland, Bing Crosby, Arthur Askey, Ella Fitzgerald, Nat King Cole and Julie Andrews.

With a rich tradition of truly spectacular shows premiering at this historic theatre, Sister Act promises to deliver this and more in abundance - a true Palladium show!
